Meet Ros
I see my role as a lawyer to empower you to make the best decisions for yourself – by giving you information, advice and the benefit of my experience. Once you’ve made those decisions, I will advocate for the best outcomes for you.
I was admitted to the bar in 2007 and started my career in Wellington. I then spent more than 10 years working at the Public Defence Service in Manukau, the country’s busiest Court. I came home to the Waikato in 2021. I am based in Te Awamutu but can work at any Court in the greater Waikato region.

Lisa Davis joined the Rosalind Brown Barrister team in May 2026, bringing years of experience in Criminal Defence to our Waikato clients. As a barrister, Lisa understands how overwhelming the Criminal Justice system can feel and is committed to guiding you through it with knowledge, care, and respect.
